Fallout frank horrigan

The imposing threat of Frank Horrigan proves the Enclave's true intentions. Frank was exposed to a modified FEV purposefully and had an specialized suit of power armor cybernetically grafted onto his body. After all the modifications Frank underwent he stands at an imposing 12 feet tall and is essentially an "ultra super mutant in power armor."

Enclave Trooper. Restoring the USA by any means necessary.
