Story of Esther: the King's scepter. I spray painted dowel rods gold and then used gold glitter craft paper following this tutorial ( http://www.galileo-camps.com/blog/entry/diy-make-mardi-gras-magic) to make the ball. During class, the kids used glitter gem stickers to decorate.
