DIY Saddle pad rack for horse trailer back tack. Made from pvc pipe and cable from Home Depot. Did this about 7 years ago and has worked great! Caution the aluminum carbon can rub onto saddle pads. I've considered painting bars or laying down a durable tape that won't rub off.

DIY Bridle Rack carpet to reduce scratches and banging. Finishes trailer with an upgraded look. Outdoor carpet and adhesive from Home Depot for less than $10. Not all sections are perfectly square! Measure all sides and width before assuming they're even. Used clamps and wood to keep sections flush to bars and I let it dry overnight. Took about 1.5 hours from start to finish. Completed on a '98 Sundowner back tack.

My cowboy shower in first stall of the 3 horse trailer. Just move your junk out of the way throw the mat down, hook up the propane tank and shower away. Also keeps trailer smelling fresh. Water drains out the back and we can wash/disinfect the horse area too. Great for those sweaty camp nites when roughing it just won't do. Plus everything is removeable so the space is usable for a 3rd horse. Shower unit can be hooked to a hose to give the horses (or trailer) a nice warm bath.
