Zach has always been a lover of comic books, and as long as we have been together (seven years!) we've always known that we wanted to have a comic book themed-wedding. I am a huge lover of vintage style, so it made sense to merge the two into a huge party of comic book awesomeness. Having a vintage aesthetic also helped to ensure that our decorations wouldn't be too child-like (we definitely had to tow a fine line with that!) and give our day an old-fashioned feel.

Comic book pages pulled from $1 comics. City skyline cut from out from a Cricut file and folded info a box. Used for a wedding rehearsal dinner reception as the table centerpieces.

Chili Pepper Boutonniere: If you and your future spouse are foodies, integrating food into your boutonniere ideas is a perfect way to add color into your wedding decor. Of course avoiding actual chili peppers and opting for something non-consumable might be wise.
