RECIPE BELOW 100g feta 25g cream cheese 1 lemon, juice 5 bacon rashers Handful walnuts, chopped Splash of maple syrup Sprinkle of brown sugar Splash of red wine vinegar Fresh thyme • Add to a bowl the feta, cream cheese with a squeeze of lemon. Whisk until light and fluffy • Add the bacon rashers to a slightly oiled frying pan on a medium heat.
