As soon as I saw the cake by the Pretty Sugar Cake Company on Pinterest I knew it was the one I wanted to make for my daughter in law. She loves yellow and this is so delicate and spring like. The cake is vanilla Madeira, filled with lemon buttercream

Here is a bee hive cake I did for a baby reveal cake.. it is a 10-9-8-6 inch one-layer each tiers. I frosted in buttercream.. really took a while to build up edges meeting up to sides of cake to look more like it flowed rather than sharp edges.. then
