So this is what I call my "Before Basic Training" workout. I do it 5-6 X's a week for best results so I'm not out of shape when I get to BCT. You can add more things to this workout if you please. Always stretch before and after workout. Drink lots of water. I usually drink 1 gallon of water a day. Best of luck!!!
