Advent wreath candles diy

DIY Advent Wreath using things I had around my home. I used rub-ons for the tags to write Hope, Peace, Joy and Love as a reminder of what the 4 Sunday's represent.

St. Mary Catholic Church, Milan, Mo. A small group of parishioners created this Advent Wreath. Cedar tree limbs were used for the greenery. The large cardboard candle tubes are held in place by driving 4 rebar strips into the ground to fill the inside diameter of the tube. For extra reinforcement wooden stakes were driven in the ground around the exterior of the tube. A 12” black plastic oil change pan sits in the top of the tube and each tube will hold a battery operated candle.
