Macy Pruett | Pregnancy & Postpartum Trainer on Instagram: "That third trimester gets real uncomfy - your body is stretched, tight, swollen, and just tired 😮‍💨

There are ways to decrease some of those aches and pains that come with the final weeks, though! Mobility will be your best friend 🤝🏼

Focus on releasing areas of tension like upper back and hips with pelvic floor relaxation (opening up all levels of the pelvis), hip and thoracic mobility, internal rotation, and asymmetrical movements. These are some of my faves during the third trimester!

They’re also great for birth prep! Tag a mama friend in her third trimester that you know could use this🤰😘

It was so important to me to continue working out regularly during pregnancy since it’s such a big part of my life. It also gave me energy, helped me move through any aches and fatigue, and most importantly always helped my mental health. On days that I didn’t feel well enough to exercise I still made sure to stretch Second Trimester Leg Workout, 2nd Trimester Exercises, Prenatal Stretches 1st Trimester, Workouts For First Trimester Pregnancy, Birth Prep Stretches, Getting Fit While Pregnant, Exercises For Pregnancy First Trimester, Pregnancy Strength Training, First Trimester Stretches
