Ingredients:
 • 3 tbsp of heaving whipping cream
 • 1 tbsp of milk (whole milk = creamier, 2% = frothier)
 • 1 tbsp of maple or vanilla syrup (add more for sweetness) 
 • 1 tbsp of pumpkin purée 
 • dash of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon 
 • froth on high for 30 seconds

Ingredients 
 • 1 Tablespoon Brown sugar 
 • 4 Oz Espresso or strong-brewed coffee ( I prefer strong brewed coffee) 
 • 3/4 C. Milk or cream (any kind)
 • 2 Tsp. Pure vanilla extract
 • Ice cubes 

Prepare 
 • STEP 1: Sprinkle light-brown sugar into a tall glass.
 • STEP 2: Pour hot coffee over the sugar. Stir well until sugar has completely dissolved.
 • STEP 3: Add vanilla extract. Stir briefly to combine.
 • STEP 4: Fill the glass with ice. Pour milk or cream over the top. Stir gently with a spoon and enjoy.
