Nothing like Salmonella to start off the week. Third in the Irrational Fears series pulls from my fondness of cooking. I’m still a Garçon de cuisine in the kitchen but there is one thing I will never do: touch ANYTHING after handling chicken. I basically treat raw meat like it contains the plague. The. Plague. Anyways I’m really paranoid about undercooking chicken. I trust others, just not myself.
