gluten free, refined sugar free granola bars. Lot of subs: I used less molasses, omitted cin, ginger, cloves, & raisins, instead used dried figs & dates (~1/2 cup), dried blueberries, cherries, and cranberries (~1 cup). Then I sub'd macadamia nuts, pine nuts, and cashews for almonds and pepitas. Also added black sesame seeds, chia seeds, and flax seeds (~1/3 cup all mixed together). Last, added about 2 tbsp extra coconut oil.
