(chá) de sal + ou - 800 gr de farinha de trigo Preparo: Acrescente todos os ingredientes na bacia, exceto a farinha. Misture bem. Coloque a farinha aos pouquinhos até dar o ponto, e sove por 10 minutos. Deixe descansar por 40 minutos e modele os pães. Após modelar, descansar por mais 20 minutos, pincele com uma gema e asse a 180 graus até dourar.
