Talyllyn Railway locomotive 'Dolgoch' crosses the viaduct after which she is named at the head of the 14.00 Tywyn Wharf-Nant Gwernol service. 0-4-0 'Dolgoch' was built in 1866 by Lowca (Cumbria) firm Fletcher Jennings. The crimson lake livery is temporary because the 2ft 3in gauge locomotive will soon require her 10-year boiler exam. Note the female fireman. @14.38

Caledonian 0-6-0 number 828's fire cleaning at Kidderminster (24/09/2011)
While standing at the water tower at Kidderminster station (Severn Valley Railway), The Strathspey's Caledonian 0-6-0 number 828 has it's fire cleaned out; hot clinker being tossed from the footplate and dampened down beside the track. 24/09/2011
