“Crocus” is the plural of Crocuses or Croci, and it’s usually considered the “happy” and “cheerful” flower. Crocus come from the Iris family and there are 90 species of perennials growing from corms. This type of flower blooms in the early spring season and it has to grow in cold to moderate winter climate, they will fail to grow in warm or high temperatures. This flower is native to the Orient, Europe and Northern part of Africa. Crocuses can turn a garden in spring in a small sea of color!
