I looked outside the window, watching the city below. Car passing by my apartment in the rush of the morning. I sighed, wondering what I should do today. "Hey, Quail!" I heard someone call. My eyes darted to the pavement beside the street. It was my friend. I smiled and waved. He crossed the street in the direction of my apartment. I got out of my perch in the window to greet him.
