i drink this for breakfast in the morning. i get my meal and my coffee in one! and it's a lot better than a mocha. AND less calories than regular slimfast when you sub out regular milk for almond milk because almond milk is THICKER and gives it a milkshake like texture.
8oz skim milk
1 scoop SlimFast High Protein Shake Mix
1 banana, broken into 3 or 4 pieces
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in a blender (or in a large cup to use with an immersion blender) and blend until desired consistency.
