The Spun Glass Caterpillar. You can even see right through this creature! That dark green stripe running down the length of its body is actually its stomach. While it may look astonishingly beautiful, it’s important to “look but not touch.” All of the fine, spiny hairs covering the caterpillar contain a poison that can cause a painful sting on contact.
