Smothered crockpot steak. I want to try this also adding the potatoes on top (wrapped in foil) and then the corn on the cob (Stephanie O'Dea's brilliant idea). Verdict: it was OK. The "steak" tasted more like a roast after its time in the crock pot. The potatoes and corn had a weird texture.
