Another childhood favourite. Im kinda picky though...i dont eat it with the vegetables..hehe. I would watch my mom make it on the stove top and tell her what i want and dont want. #nostalgic. I really want some of this too, Maybe i'm just hungry. -Vicki

Banh Xeo (Vietnamese Pancakes)Nuoc Cham  2½ tbsp lime juice (about 1 lime) 1 tbsp sugar 60ml water 2 tbsp Vietnamese fish sauce 1 garlic clove, crushed ½ red chilli, seeds removed and chopped  Mix all the ingredients together and set aside until the crepes are ready.  Pancakes Recipe adapted from Plenty by Ottolenghi  200g rice flour 1 egg, lightly beaten ½ tsp salt 1 tsp turmeric 300ml coconut milk 150 – 250ml soda water 1 tbsp oil Fill with chicken, prawn, sprounts, juliene carrots…
