WA - Watershed Building
The stunning Watershed building in Seattle is a 7-story, 72,000 sf masterpiece of sustainability. The roof redirects water polluted from the highway and stores it for non-potable uses within the building instead of depositing it in the river. Building materials were chosen to avoid harmful emissions, and energy consumption is -25% from regular code compliant buildings.
