5 facial exercises to reduce jowls
Massage along the jaw line (apply a little moisturising serum first) to help reduce stagnant energy and fluid retention • Wrap lips gently around teeth, lift up lip corners, use fingers to smooth any lines and tilt head back gently. Hold for 30 seconds • Turn head to one side and bring tongue towards nose, tilting up slightly. Do both sides for 30 seconds • Massage up the jaw line to boost circulation and sculpt muscles • Tap under the chin thinking about good posture of the neck too • Do these every day for best results with clean hands and face • Also use daily sunscreen • Drink lots of water and eat more vegetables • Be aware of posture when using devices • And do Face Yoga from a place of love and gratitude for yourself • Follow for more tips!
