Ingredients: • 2 peaches, sliced For the crumble topping: • 1 tbsp butter, melted • 1/3 cup oats (gluten free if needed) • 2 tbsp almond flour • 1 tsp coconut sugar • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract • Generous sprinkle of cinnamon, plus more for topping • 1/2 tsp maple syrup Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Line the peaches up close together on the parchment. 2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until well-combined. 3. Sprinkle mixture on top do peaches. Drizzle topping with maple syrup
