Chocolate Tart with Halva - Part II Butter and flour pan (24cm round or rect 35x11cm) . Sift flour, cocoa, salt. Beat butter and sugar for a few minutes. Add yolk, mix. Gradually add dry; mix. Wrap and chill dough 1 hour. Roll out thinly between 2 pieces plastic wrap, put in pan, chill 30 mins. W/parchment on top of dough, fill w/dry rice or beans and bake for 16 mins at 175 C, then remove paper and beans and bake 8 mins. Cool.
