Shortbread cookies

Preheat oven to 180c. In a food processor, add cookie ingredients pulse until a dough ball forms. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 170c. Roll dough out onto a piece of parchment paper and cut out the dough using a cookie cutter. Bake cookies for 15 mins. Allow cookies to cool completely. Dust cookies with powdered sugar, decorate with white chocolate and serve.
