Why should you do these? Have you ever heard of upper cross syndrome? Generally speaking, as a society we sit too much. These leads to a few issues: 1. Tight hips & weak glutes (often leads to low back pain) 2. Tight pecs & weak upper back (often leads to neck pain) While there are no 'bad' postures. If you spend TOO much time in any one position it will affect your joint mobility. This is why it's crucial to expose your body to different movement patterns often.
