Great kicking form. Generally an overlooked technique thanks to the adaptation of Dutch kickboxing. Landing the hips with your hips torqued all the way back generates the appropriate power for a body kick. The same rule may be applied to a leg/head kick but missing or a blocked kick at these levels usually come with repercussions.
