Unlike many families, they were fortunate enough to have been able to bring blankets, mattresses, and other belongings with them across the border. Cement laying gets underway for new toilet blocks in Zaatari camp, Jordan. Zaatari camp is a vast sprawling place in the desert housing an estimated 90,000 refugees who fled Syria.
