Chilly morning run but roads were clear so we had to get out there & train for our 1/2 marathon in Feb.
But this is such a great thought, for anyone beginning any fitness program. It's what I try to remember each time I don't feel like taking my morning walk. Finishing a long walk isn't the miracle. . . it's getting out the door to start it.
