My new concept design-copper wire recycler tool. First 2 roller wheels straighten bent and twisted wire, behind that is a steel cutter wheel and v-groove minature bearing. The plastic coated copper wire goes through between the cutter wheel and bearing-leaving a cut mark on one side of the plastic. As the plastic coated wire is being pulled through the little silver post separates the plastic coating from the copper. Clean copper wire worth $3.00+lb at the local scrap yard.
