Christian Mindfulness

What is Christian mindfulness? It's living out the reality that God is present with us in our everyday lives. Christian mindfulness means taking what research has shown about how to practice mindfulness and integrating it with what the Bible says about it. Scripture tells us to meditate on God's Word. When we practice meditation, the truths of God's love and grace become real and alive to us. Christian mindfulness is as simple as pausing, taking a breath, and remembering God's presence with us.
