"Scrapbooking on a Budget"

My wonderful parents celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on Thanksgiving! Here's the card I made for them, using their wedding photo. I welded two rectangles together to form the card, and then cut a second rectangle (inside a rectangle) to form the frame (all using George and Basic Shapes). The flowers are from the Art Philosophy cartridge, along with the green vine. I added some pearls to the center of the flowers. Happy Anniversary Mom & Dad! We love you!!
You are Loved stamp set.
Back again. This card is one that I cased. I loved it so much that I didn't change it much at all. Its one of Cherie Franklin's designs. She has also made some other cards with this set which I love so go and check out her blog. This card is really me. Soft pinks and roses. More to come so will post again later in the week.

Edged Hearts by Benzi - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
My card for today's inspirational challenge-my inspiration was found in the blue and red bowls: http://globaltable.com/product_view.php?id=70 My sketch was found on Pinterest from Dana Seymour for a card she did in 2009. I fell hard for it and just had to try one. http://www.pinterest.com/pin/484770347360613614/ I made mine 4 1/4 x 5 1/2 but the hearts go out over the bottom panel so if you need to think about an A2 size envelope, you may want to alter the measurements. I cut the front…
Star Birthday by lkarr309 - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
Designed this for an up coming class, just biding time until I can order from the new catalog. The Simply Stars set is from a regional event and will be in the new catalog. Used scissors to cut all images.
Not a stamp in sight
I love to make cards with a neutral or no sentiment - if I want to use it later I can always add the appropriate one, and I always sell more blank cards than any other. This card is unusual (for me!) in that it has no stamping at all. All the supplies needed to make this card can be found at my online store 24/7 paper: cherry polka dot, french roast polka dot, sugar misc: heart trio die set
Poinsettia on Vellum
Experimenting-- That's always fun, especially when the projects turn out the way you were wanting them to. I used the Heartfelt Creations Sparkling Poinsettia set again. This time I stamped the flowers on Chartham Translucent Clear Vellum, 36# weight, which I had purchased from Marco's Paper. The flowers were stamped using VersaMark ink and heat embossed using white detail embossing powder. SU Soft Sky ink was sponged on the backs of the flower layers and the leaves were sponged with SU…
