I tracked down the source of this image-- I think I may have pinned it twice before-- and found that it's Leaf Mosaic Tile by MacMillan Amies Studio. This is not concrete, it's tiles in a custom layout for each installation. But it's still lovely. I am imagining paving a path with similar tiles.
