Le Palais Garnier (Paris opera house) - Grand Foyer
During the weekend of Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th Aug 2012 I popped over to Paris with Welshot Imaging to do their “All Night Shoot in Paris” workshop with Will Cheung. During the Sunday we happened to stumble across the Paris Opera House which was just stunning and a HDR photographers dream. The Palais Garnier, also known as the Opéra de Paris or Opéra Garnier, but more commonly as the Paris Opéra, is a 2,200 seat opera house in Paris, France. La galerie des glaces du château de Versailles. La nuit lui donne une allure peut-être encore plus extraordinaire, et c'est, pour les amateurs, un bonheur rare que de pouvoir la contempler ainsi, sans la foule permanente qui l'occupe de jour. Exceptionnellement je l'ai téléchargée en grande taille pour les amateurs de détails. Photo à main levée avec le 14/24mm Nikkor, f/4, 5000 ISO, 1/30" Un raw développé dans camera raw. Pas de HDR.
