Velvety Stovetop Mac & Cheese
Ingredients: -250g dry macaroni -1/4 cup unsalted butter -2 tbsp all purpose flour -1 cup heavy cream -1 cup milk -1/2 teaspoon mustard powder -1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika -3 cups cheddar cheese, shredded -Salt & pepper, to taste Instructions: 1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. 2. Meanwhile, in a large pot or skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add flour. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. 3. Add the cream, milk, mustard powder, and smoked paprika to the pot. Whisk until the sauce begins to thicken. 4. Remove from heat and add the shredded cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is velvety. Season with salt and pepper to your taste. 5. Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and stir to combine. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Cheesy Tomato Pasta 🍝
recipe - 1/2 diced white onion - 4 minced garlic cloves - 1/2 tbsp salted butter - 1 (4 ounces) can tomato paste - 1 cup pasta water - 1/2 cup heavy cream - 1 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese - Salt and pepper, to taste Directions: 1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Then drain and set aside. 2. Heat oil in a large pan, on medium high heat, sauté onion, garlic, and butter. 3. Then add Tuttorosso tomato paste and cook for a few minutes. Gradually add in pasta water and simmer until thickened. 4. Then add in the heavy cream and simmer until bubbles.
