👉Ingredientes: 2 berinjelas 1 xícara de molho de tomate 1-2 dentes de alho 1 colher de chá de manjericão seco 1 colher de sopa de azeite Sal Para o acima queijo cheddar ralado Azeitona preta Azeitona verde Mussarela (opcional) Preparação de Dividimos as berinjelas em duas e fazemos riscos com a ajuda de uma faca. Regue-os com azeite e leve ao forno a 200°C durante cerca de 15 minutos. Depois que as berinjelas amolecem, tiramos do forno e espalhamos o molho por cima. Depois de polvilhar o queijo cheddar e outros ingredientes, assamos novamente por cerca de 10 minutos.
