The purple allee spilling over onto the gravel walk this summer at Mohonk Mountain House. The bees collectively create a sort of intense humming that is soothing and hypnotic as they fly from #Phlox to #Allium and back again. Behind sits the rustic enclosure surrounding the cuttings garden.
Beds of #flowers for use in arrangements throughout the Mohonk Mountain House property are preserved from the deer by a tall rustic enclosure. I would love to have my own flower #garden in the Gunks.
