2.2K views · 10K reactions | Creamy Curry Chicken Pasta (No Cream, One-Pan) 😍 Credits @pastalimpus Ingredients: 300g chicken breast Half a packet of pasta 1 cup of milk 2 cups of water 1 tablespoon of flour 1 teaspoon of curry powder 1 teaspoon of salt A mix of shredded mozzarella and Ezine cheese (or Parmesan) For marinating the chicken: Half a tea glass of vegetable oil Paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder (or 1 teaspoon of grated fresh garlic and onion) Instructions: Marinate the chicken: Cut the chicken into cubes and mix it with the spices and oil. Let it marinate for a few minutes. Cook the chicken: Heat a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook over high heat until browned and cooked through. Prepare the sauce: Add the flour and curry powder to the pan. Stir well to combine. Add milk and water: Pour in the milk and stir continuously until the sauce thickens slightly. Cook the pasta: Add the pasta and enough water to cover the pasta. Stir well. Simmer: Cover and cook over low heat until the pasta absorbs the water and softens. If the pasta isn't fully cooked, add a little more water and continue to cook until done. Finish and serve: Once the pasta is cooked, mix in the shredded mozzarella and Ezine cheese (or Parmesan). Enjoy x JohnGS Serves 2 2 tbsp red curry paste - i use @maeploy_kitchen 2 tbsp peanut butter 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 inch ginger, grated 400ml coconut milk 800ml chicken stock 1 stalk lemongrass 2 tbsp fish sauce The juice of a lime 6 frozen dumplings - i used the new @itsuofficial king prawn gyoza 200g cooked udon noodles 2 handfuls of Choi Sum leaves 2 boiled eggs, halved A few coriander leaves Black sesame seeds to serve Chilli oil to serve 1. Chuck the red curry paste, peanut butter, garlic, ginger, coconut milk, chicken stock, lemongrass, fish sauce, lime into a pan. Bring to a boil over a medium heat and whisk together to there are no lumps of curry paste or peanut butter. Cover, reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes for the flavours to develop. 2. Increase the heat to a gentle bubble and pop in the dumplings. Cover and cook for 5-6 minutes or until they are floating. Add the noodles and choi sum leaves. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes until they have separated. 3. To serve, divide the noodles, dumplings and soup between two bowls.
