Those who read me for a while know that I'm taking part in the Polyglot's Challenge to improve my Portuguese and German.
That's the first of the Portuguese recipes I've prepared - a simple baked chicken breast with herbs and potatoes. I have to say that it worked quite good, What's your favourite lunch while you're travelling?
This is a gluten-free, vegan cake made by my friend who was a chef in restaurants like Cornucopia and Happy Pear and I had the honour to decorate it. Can you believe that for me it was the first time decorating a cake? I can't believe it, I'm so proud of the result.
