String beads onto embroidery thread with big embroidery needle. Shape letters, word, or shape on hard non-meltable surface like a cutting board lined with parchment paper. Do the word backwards if you want the flatter side to be on the back. Place another piece of parchment paper on top. With a hot, dry iron, and a little pressure, melt the beaded design between the parchment paper. Flatten both sides for a different effect. Let cool a little, and trim off excess embroidery thread.
