The planet needs some cleaning up. There aren’t just large-scale issues going on like plastic pollution in the oceans, there are also smaller scale, preventable issues like litterbugs throwing trash on the ground. Littering may not seem like a big deal on the surface, but it contributes to the bigger picture. Many of the things thrown on the ground as litter can be recycled or composted, but instead are left on the ground to harm animals or find its way into the ocean.
