How to Astavakrasana / 8 Angle pose  . The first arm balance most students learn is generally crow pose, however in my opinion 8 Angle is way easier to learn than crow. . The way I am demoing here is the beginner friendly entry to it. (Most would enter from elephant trunk pose) . The key is in the LEAN forward. . Start in a seated position with knees bent. .
