Szarlotka na kruchym cieście ("najlepsza na świecie") - I didn't put flour on top of the butter that I used to grease th epan and it got stuck :( Also I didn't use budyn just added vanilla extract into the pianka and after it finished it didnt even show :( The recipe tasted good though. If using sweeter apples as I did use half the amount of sugar. Could have been baked 10 more minutes as well.
